Roe Messner started Commercial Builders and Architects fifty-six years ago in Wichita, Kansas. Since then CBA has produced some of our country's most beautiful religious edifices. Specializing in churches gave us the opportunity to impact the way many worship and use their facilities through our designs. CBA will meet with your church and complete a free set of preliminaries, a budget outline, and site development worksheet for your project. We work with the Pastor and the church's vision to develop a facility and campus layout (Master Plan) that will clearly communicate the building program's design, uses, and schedule for completion.
Project Development
A well planned campus, functional church facility and sanctuary enhances your ministry. It is our practice to align with the country's leading Pastors and their congregation to continue building facilities that serve God's people effectively. We will visit with you and develop a program, preliminary floor plan, and elevation of your expansion, at no cost to you.
